Shared goals, shared future
Pfungstadt, 27.08.2026 - Hofmann Mess- und Auswuchttechnik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Pfungstadt, and deineMaschine GmbH, based in Bensheim, have officially merged. With its entry in the commercial register, the merger of the two established companies under the umbrella of Hofmann Mess- und Auswuchttechnik GmbH & Co. KG is now legally effective. The result is a strong player that combines expertise, leverages synergies, and offers its customers an expanded portfolio of services from a single source.
Strategic Milestone for Sustainable Growth
The merger is the result of a long-term corporate strategy. Its goal is to expand the market position in the field of balancing, spin testing, and vibration technology across industries and to sustainably strengthen the company’s innovative capacity. By combining resources, a high-performing unit will be created, particularly in the areas of research & development, sales, and service.
“This merger officially marks the beginning of our shared future. The focus now is on optimally combining the strengths of both companies to respond even more flexibly to market changes and tap into new growth opportunities.”
says Daniel Kircher, Managing Director of Hofmann.
Change in Management
After 26 years of successful service as Managing Director, Georg Fischer is stepping down to enjoy a well-deserved retirement. We sincerely thank him for his dedication, which has contributed significantly to Hofmann’s successful development.
With the merger, the two managing directors of deineMaschine GmbH, Timo Gerbig and Dirk Sudheimer, have joined the management team of Hofmann Mess- und Auswuchttechnik GmbH & Co. KG, completing the management team led by Chairman Daniel Kircher.
Continuity for Customers, Partners and Employees
For existing customers and business partners, nothing will change in day-to-day business. All familiar points of contact, ongoing contracts, processes, and quality standards will remain fully in place. What is changing is the operational capacity behind the scenes. Customers will now benefit from a broader service portfolio and extensive technical expertise.
Stability and continuity are also the focus for employees. The company’s headquarters will remain in Pfungstadt. The Bensheim location will continue to serve as the center of excellence for the “Hofmann Overspeed Testing Systems” business unit, consolidating expertise in high-speed balancing machines and spin test stands.
