Type ActiveBalancer AB 9000
The AB 9000 from Hofmann is a versatile, quickly retrofittable active balancing system that enables fully automatic balancing during operation. With real-time monitoring of the unbalance oscillation, non-contact energy transmission and adaptive balancing processes, it ensures precise results at high speeds. The ring design allows easy integration into machines such as grinding, milling and turning machines, fans or centrifuges, while the Windows-based software and Profibus or Profinet certification ensure smooth operation and automation.

Type HydroBalancer HB 6000
The HydroBalancer HB 6000 from Hofmann precisely balances even the largest unbalances with fluids and enables fully automatic balancing during operation. Ring containers in four chambers ensure high-precision adjustment in one or two planes, while real-time monitoring of the unbalance oscillation guarantees constant control. The space-saving design allows easy integration into machine spindles or rotors, adaptive fluid dosing ensures accurate results, and retrofitting to existing machines is easy.

Type MecBalancer MB 4002
The MecBalancer MB 4002 enables the automatic balancing of grinding wheels and grinding spindles during operation. Two electromechanically adjustable balancing weights in the balancing head precisely compensate for imbalances, while the non-contact energy transmission ensures wear-free operation. The balancing heads can be used flexibly for flange mounting or spindle installation and guarantee high-precision results without machine downtime.
