Hemos recibido una ampliaci\u00f3n de nuestra acreditaci\u00f3n conforme a la norma DIN EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2018 por parte del organismo de acreditaci\u00f3n alem\u00e1n (DAkkS). Las nuevas incorporaciones son la medici\u00f3n del desequilibrio en m\u00e1quinas equilibradoras y la medici\u00f3n de la velocidad de vibraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e1s seguridad para sus equipos de ensayo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toda m\u00e1quina equilibradora es un sistema de medici\u00f3n que debe comprobarse peri\u00f3dicamente. Con nuestro servicio de pruebas acreditado, garantizamos que sus rotores de ajuste y maestros y las masas de prueba asociadas cumplen las especificaciones y tolerancias requeridas. Esto significa que puede confiar en la precisi\u00f3n de su m\u00e1quina en todo momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 significa la ampliaci\u00f3n para usted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de los par\u00e1metros acreditados anteriormente, como la geometr\u00eda, la masa y la determinaci\u00f3n del desequilibrio de los patrones de trabajo, ahora tambi\u00e9n los probamos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medici\u00f3n del desequilibrio en m\u00e1quinas equilibradoras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la velocidad de vibraci\u00f3n, incluidos los sensores asociados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n realizamos evaluaciones de conformidad, basadas en la norma de equilibrado ISO 21940-21 y la especificaci\u00f3n de ensayo VDA 5. Esto nos permite ofrecerle a\u00fan m\u00e1s seguridad, cumplir los requisitos de calidad y de los clientes y crear un alto grado de seguridad jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nuestros equipos, su precisi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disponemos del equipamiento m\u00e1s moderno para realizar ensayos acreditados: una m\u00e1quina de medici\u00f3n de coordenadas 3D de Wenzel con certificaci\u00f3n DAkkS, una sala de medici\u00f3n climatizada de clase de calidad 2 y varias b\u00e1sculas calibradas. Nuestro equipo de pruebas y mediciones, que cuenta con la formaci\u00f3n adecuada, trabaja conforme a la norma ISO 17025 y garantiza resultados conformes a las normas, ya sea en nuestras instalaciones o directamente en las suyas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u00e1s que pruebas: medici\u00f3n y servicio en 3D<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de calibrar y comprobar sus piezas maestras, tambi\u00e9n ofrecemos mediciones 3D de alta precisi\u00f3n, desde prototipos hasta componentes de serie. Cada medici\u00f3n se documenta con un informe detallado.
