Under a service agreement, Hofmann’s balancing specialists inspect the display of the unbalance with suitable testing equipment. If required, your machine or your device will be re-adjusted. This means that Hofmann’s service customers can be confident in the reliability and safety of their equipment.
Always up to date. Balancing technology is constantly under development. To ensure that your balancing machines and systems are always state-of-the-art, we offer unbalance measuring system modernization. This includes installing software updates or adapting your machine and equipment technology to fit new requirements, so that you are always up to date.
Service for third-party products. As true balancing experts, we do not only focus on our own products. We also provide maintenance and modernization for third-party products, including electrical and mechanical systems.
Certified testing equipment. Optimum balancing results can only be achieved if reliable and precise measured values are used.
With our certified and traceable test equipment, we verify the measuring capability of your balancing machine and document this with a certificate.

Should a balancing machine, system, or device fail unexpectedly, we can have repair specialists and important spare parts available quickly.In the case of equipment failure, Hofmann will provide rental equipment so that contract customers can continue balancing without restrictions.
