Since January 2024, our range of tests is even wider. We have received an extension to our accreditation in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 from the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). New additions are the unbalance measurement on balancing machines and the measurement of vibration velocity.
More safety for your test equipment
Every balancing machine is a measuring system that needs to be checked regularly. With our accredited testing service, we ensure that your setting and master rotors and the associated test masses meet the required specifications and tolerances. This means you can rely on the precision of your machine at all times.
What the extension means for you
In addition to the previously accredited parameters such as geometry, mass and unbalance determination of working standards, we now also test:
- Unbalance measurement on balancing machines
- the vibration velocity including the associated sensors
We also carry out conformity assessments - based on the ISO 21940-21 balancing standard and the VDA 5 test specification. This allows us to offer you even more security, meet quality and customer requirements and create a high degree of legal certainty.
Our equipment - your precision
We have state-of-the-art equipment at our disposal for accredited testing: a DAkkS-approved 3D coordinate measuring machine from Wenzel, an air-conditioned measuring room of quality class 2 and several calibrated scales. Our trained testing and measuring team works in accordance with ISO 17025 and ensures standard-compliant results - whether at our premises or directly at your site.
More than testing: 3D measurement and service
In addition to calibrating and checking your master parts, we also offer high-precision 3D measurements - from prototypes to series components. Each measurement is documented with a detailed report. And to ensure that no deadlines are missed, we also take care of inspection management, including a reminder service.
