Our solutions are as flexible as your requirements. With our specially developed modular system, we can implement tailor-made concepts for almost any task. For special requirements, we expand the modular system in a targeted manner for maximum flexibility and future-proofing.
Our testing technology goes beyond classic unbalance measurements. It includes speed measurement, approaching several speed levels, direction of rotation detection as well as voltage and current analysis. Supplemented by concentricity and axial run-out measurements, we meet the highest quality requirements precisely and reproducibly.
Customer-specific special designs can be realized without any problems. The balancing machines can be perfectly integrated into your assembly line, including the necessary interfaces such as SAP. Loading and unloading as well as unbalance correction can be carried out manually or automatically. Hofmann places particular emphasis on ergonomics and operator support. Each machine delivers precise measurement technology, adapted to your processes.
By networking machines, rotor data can be managed centrally, while rotor systems can also be controlled via offline workstations. Automatic set-up and synchronization with systems such as SAP increase efficiency. The recognition and exchange of serial numbers creates transparency for process monitoring and traceability. Interfaces to conveyor technology and automated floor conveyor systems ensure a continuous material flow. Automatic quality assurance and data archiving with cyclical checks, such as the turnover measurement for spindle machines, ensure stable and reliable production.

Type VHK11E or VHK11E-AM2 (tandem version)
The VHK11E machines offer precise balancing for one or two planes and combine high measuring accuracy with easy handling. Thanks to their compact design, they also fit into confined production environments. Ergonomic operation, quick set-up and flexible parameterization ensure efficient work processes, while the tandem design enables short cycle times.

Manual 1-station machine
Type VHK81E
The VHK81E machines offer precise balancing for two planes and combine high measuring accuracy with easy handling for manual or robotic loading.
Thanks to their compact design, they also fit into confined production environments. Ergonomic operation thanks to the lateral mounting of the fan assemblies with motor and thus excellent accessibility to the rotor for the operator to balance/attach the weights.
A machine extension for special applications also enables fan wheels with an auxiliary shaft to be balanced.
