Vertical balancing machine for disk-shaped rotors
Perfectly adapted thanks to modular design - the V-Line concept from Hofmann
Hofmann's V-Line machines enable the precise balancing of a wide variety of rotors, including brake discs, brake drums, turbines, gear parts and electric armatures. The rotors are clamped backlash-free over an internal diameter to ensure maximum measuring accuracy.
Thanks to the modular design, the vertical unbalance measuring and balancing machines can be flexibly adapted to different rotors and production requirements. Both displacement and force-measuring versions are possible, which guarantees maximum process reliability, efficiency and availability.

Drilling, milling, welding or punching
Modular concept for stable balancing in series production
The Hofmann V-Line concept is based on a modular system that enables maximum flexibility for balancing machines. From manual single-station machines to fully automatic four-station systems, all requirements can be covered - even subsequent extensions are possible without any problems.
Various compensation processes such as drilling, milling, welding, punching or rivet setting can be combined, even mass removal and mass addition in one machine. Proven technology, continuously optimized components and an automatic calibration system ensure reliable operation with maximum process stability without interrupting series production.
Variants
