With the EasyBalancer EB 3500, grinding wheels can be precisely balanced directly in the grinding machine under operating conditions. The MiniBalancer MI 2500 enables rotating machines to be balanced in one or two planes during operation. Type MachineControl MC 1100

The MachineControl MC 1100 from Hofmann combines five measuring functions in one compact, robust device and is ideal for preventive maintenance and condition monitoring. It records the effective vibration velocity Veff, vibration acceleration and the condition of rolling bearings (gSP) using the shock pulse method. The integrated speed sensor reliably measures the machine speed, while temperature and belt frequency can be recorded as an option. The MC 1100 helps to detect critical operating states at an early stage, minimize downtimes and increase the service life of systems.

The Minibalancer MI 2500 from Hofmann is a compact operational balancing and vibration measuring device for use directly during machine operation. With a high-resolution touchscreen and simple operation, it enables fast and precise optimization, from measuring the total and unbalance vibration to analysing the condition of the rolling bearings. Measurement results can be transferred to a PC via USB and logged individually. Type Vibrolyzer VL 8000

The VibroLyzer VL 8000 is the high-end operational balancing device for precise balancing in one or two planes. It combines vibration measurement, vibration analysis and machine diagnostics in one device and covers speeds up to 300,000 rpm. Total and unbalance vibrations, spectral components, resonances and damage to rolling bearings or gears can be recorded directly on site. Measurement results are clearly displayed, transmitted via USB and individually logged, enabling efficient operational balancing and precise machine diagnostics.
